The agreement highlights FEU’s intention to coordinate directly with the Manila LGU to promote and implement project proposals more efficiently. This direct coordination aims to streamline the process, allowing FEU's initiatives to be prioritized and integrated into the city’s plans more swiftly.
Lacuna expressed her support for the partnership, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and local government units. This MOA represents a significant step in strengthening their relationship with FEU. Working together can effectively address and create impactful projects that benefit the people of Manila.
Among the projects are the beautification of the Morayta area, the establishment of mentoring programs, and the conduction of various seminars aimed at community development. The agreement also aims to establish stronger linkages between FEU and the local government, ensuring that both parties can work hand-in-hand to achieve their shared goals.
The university’s involvement in these projects signifies its commitment to contributing to the city’s development and its desire to create meaningful partnerships that extend beyond the campus. This collaboration with the Manila LGU allows FEU to amplify its efforts in serving the community. By directly engaging with the city's leadership, it can ensure that future projects are not only implemented efficiently but will also have a lasting impact.
This agreement marks a new chapter in the relationship between FEU and Manila, promising a future of enhanced cooperation and shared success.
